"Hi Karen - the TING technology is amazing in the fact that it can monitor your electrical system for potential hazards. After we talked, I'm hoping that you can download the app to your phone and make sure the Wi-Fi is recognizing the device. While my Agency office does not have the ability to check your issues with the Ting system, sending Ting a message using the app will let their technicians understand a little better what is happening. When we talked, you mentioned you were not as familiar with the mobile phone apps and you were going to have your sister help you out. Please let us know how it works out.
